Pat Sabena has been in practice as an independent qualitative research consultant since 1965. With a B.S. in marketing and an M.A. in psychology, she has pioneered and taught qualitative research techniques involving psychographics segmentation, joint-decision making, perceptual mapping, projective psychodrawings, storytelling, archetypes, contemporizing brand and corporate equity, and researching category management and brand affiliation opportunities.
